• Is the first to Design and Manage the construction of the first apartment building, RAVIKIRAN APARTMENTS, in BANGALORE in 1980 as a TOTAL PROJECT CONSULTANT AND MANAGER.

• Rehabilitated and retrofitted many buildings and structures

• Designed an 88 meter diameter Tubular Double Layer Grid LAMELLA GEODESIC Dome for the Coal Stacker Reclaimer Building of a cement plant near Bangalore, which is the first of its kind in Asia

• Designed and detailed the total power house of the ALMATTI DAM PROJECT

• Designed and detailed 60.5 metre STACK for gas based plant at Samalkot

• Designed and detailed the Fan-Shaped large span roof structure of NADA-MANDAPA building at Mysore for GANAPATHI SACGIDANAND ASHRAM at Mysore

Designed and detailed innovative FOLDED-PLATE-Shaped structure for dining hall of M/s WOODRICH RESORTS, Bangalore.
